In gratitude to the donors of the Education and Rehabilitation Society of Puerto Rico (SER de PR), there will be a raffle for two (2) portable solar battery systems that each includes: 1 EcoFlow Delta Pro and one (1) Solar panel for the system. Two (2) winners will be selected.
This draw is valid for residents of Puerto Rico and the United States, and over 21 years of age.
HOW TO TAKE PART:
- Donate the amount of $10 or more to SER de Puerto Rico through ATH Móvil, in the “Donar” or “Donate” section, using the pATH or entity name “SERdePuertoRico” during the participation period.
- If the person wishes to participate in the draw more than once, they must make separate donations of $10 or more through ATH Móvil.
VALIDITY OF THE DRAW: The draw will start on August 15, 2022 and entries will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (Puerto Rico time) on August 29, 2022. Entries will be accepted within this period and in the manner indicated above.
ELIGIBILITY: All natural persons residing in Puerto Rico and the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older are eligible to participate in this raffle. SER de PR reserves the exclusive right to determine the validity of entries and to reject them if they do not meet the draw requirements. SER de PR will not accept, nor is it responsible for, names, addresses, telephone numbers or other registration data that are incomplete, illegible, incorrect or in the case of anonymous donors.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES: By participating in the raffle, the participants grant their full acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in these rules, which constitutes a binding legal agreement between the Education and Rehabilitation Society (SER) of Puerto Rico Inc. and the participant, thus renouncing to the allegation of not having read or understood the rules of participation.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: Two (2) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be randomly selected through an electronic computerized system managed by Evertec. In addition, two (2) alternate winners will be chosen, in case each prize is not claimed in the corresponding time.
DATE: On August 30, 2022, at 10:30 am, the two (2) winners will be selected.
NOTIFICATION: The winner of the prize will be notified through the phone number provided when making the donation, and through our facebook.com/serpuertorico page. SER de PR does not assume any responsibility for telephone numbers that do not answer the call. It is the responsibility of the donors to be attentive to these publications or to call SER after August 30, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to know the names of the winners.
PRIZE CLAIM: The winner will have until 11:59 am on September 9, 2022 to claim the prize. In case of not claiming it during that period, the winner will lose the right to the prize and it will be awarded to the alternate winner who will have 5 calendar days from the notification to claim it. The alternate winner will not claim his prize either, it will be declared vacant. All details of the prize delivery will be discussed with the winner after being selected.
The winners expressly authorize SER de PR to publish their photos, names and other pertinent information on the SER de PR page on Facebook and in any other digital medium where SER de PR is promoted, in the press and in any other type of publication. that is considered convenient.
When collecting the prize at the place designated by SER de PR, the winner will have to sign a document of acceptance, authorization and release of responsibility. During this visit, you must present a valid photo ID issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or the United States government.
CAVEAT; The delivery date will be coordinated in advance so that you can make arrangements and pick up at the SER de PR facilities to take photos and sign delivery and handover documents.
ADVERTISING: With the acceptance of the prize, the winner gives his consent and confers the right, but not the obligation, to SER de PR and its advertising, promotions and public relations agency, to use his name, town of residence and/or photos in any means of communication without further compensation or notice.
CONDITIONS: Each prize consists of one (1) EcoFlow Delta Pro+ portable solar battery system, which includes one (1) solar panel for the system. The prize is not transferable and is not subject to exchange for cash. By participating in this draw, the participants agree to abide by the strict application of these Rules in all their terms and the decisions of SER de PR.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By merely participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree that neither SER de PR nor its advertising agencies, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents involved in this sweepstakes, nor Evertec Group, LLC (including its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates and subsidiaries; hereinafter "Evertec"), nor Power Solar LLC., will be responsible, and the participants and their respective families and guests are relieved of any and any claim for direct or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss or damage suffered by the entrant and/or their guests, arising out of or related to (i) their participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) these Rules, their compliance or non-compliance; (iii) the stages of claiming, delivering or using any of the prizes; or (v) the negligence or acts of the entrant or any other entrant, food or drink ingested. In addition to the release that you have to sign, the mere acceptance of the prize constitutes a release of this responsibility.
In no event shall SER de PR, Evertec, Power Solar LLC, be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service of ATH Móvil (including the donation module) or www.athmovil.com. Nor will SER de PR or Evertec be responsible for the actions of users who issue payments or donations through ATH Móvil or for the conditions of the payment issued. This release of liability applies to any damage caused by error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or malfunction of the transmission line in relation to the use of ATH Móvil. The sponsors of the event, Evertec, Power Solar LLC, their directors and employees, including their owners, employees and managers, are released from all liability.
COMPENSATION: The participant agrees to indemnify SER de PR, its affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective representatives, employees, directors, officers, distributors and subcontractors, and Evertec and Power Solar LLC from and against all claims, actions, obligations, losses, expenses, damages and costs derived from or related to (i) the use by the participant of another person's ATH Móvil account, (ii) the participant's breach of these Rules; (iii) any misrepresentation of the entrant to enter the sweepstakes; or (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of SER de PR that may cause the interruption or alteration of the draw. This obligation will be for a term of 12 months counted from the day of the draw.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION: In the event of causes beyond its control, SER de PR reserves the right to modify these Rules, assign new dates for the start or end of this draw, or cancel the draw, if necessary. Also to move the date of the event or provide an alternate prize if for reasons beyond the control of SER de PR it cannot be held.
