The Recovery Response Team for Puerto Rico (EQ-R Puerto Rico) is an initiative that seeks to join efforts of the third sector and private companies to bring aid to those affected by past earthquakes that are in the municipalities of: Ponce, Guayanilla, Yauco, Peñuelas and Guánica.
The aid focuses on:
- Provide psychosocial, medical and support services to the population of the area.
- Provide supplies, essential items and medications.
- Bring recreational and leisure activities.
Some other needs that have been identified are: specialized services, housing, transportation, among others.
